How the pilot is judged

We agree the measures with you at the start. Ones worth discussing include how many accounts reached leadership's attention through Pulse that wouldn't otherwise have surfaced that week, and how many leadership commitments were followed through because they were recorded on the account. These are what the pilot measures — not results we're promising.
