Everything the weekly rhythm needs.

One input from your PSMs, four views for leadership and Sales. Here is each part in detail, with real product screens and sample data.

20 minutes on your actual week · no slide deck · setup done with you before week one

Update

Capture the relationship while it's still fresh.

Each PSM posts one short structured update per account: status, trend, SLA, sentiment, escalations, and whether leadership help is needed — or marks it as no change. The same fields every week, so the answers compare.

It runs in the browser on the phone your PSMs already carry, because the most accurate version of this week's update exists in the ten minutes right after the client conversation. There is no separate native iOS or Android app.

  • Updates due this week, with the deadline
  • Open requests and actions waiting on the PSM
  • Ask for leadership help inside the update
  • One tap for “no change” when nothing moved

Pulse

See the whole book, as it stands right now.

Pulse is the scan: where the portfolio stands right now — what changed, what's escalated, what's waiting on leadership, and which accounts nobody has updated yet. As soon as a PSM submits, it's the current picture.

It's a scan, not a master score. Health, risk, renewal timing and update freshness stay separate signals.

  • Filter by all, at risk, caution and healthy
  • Map view of every account, with location
  • Search by account, PSM or HQ
  • An account with no update reads as incomplete, never as healthy

Review

Act on what needs attention — and keep the record.

Every account in the Review queue shows why it's there: escalated, declining, leadership help requested, information outstanding. Work through the week's list one account at a time.

Acknowledge it, take action, or ask the owner for what's missing — and what you did stays recorded on the account, so commitments made in a meeting don't disappear after it.

  • Progress through the week's queue
  • VP action requests shown on the account
  • Information requests back to the PSM
  • Decisions kept in the account's history

Brief

Report the week without rebuilding it.

The weekly executive brief is assembled from the updates your team already submitted: a portfolio snapshot, top risks, the accounts that need leadership attention and the story behind each one, and where the week moved forward.

Pulse is for the ten seconds before a meeting; the Brief is what you send after it. Same underlying updates, two different jobs.

  • Regenerate from the latest data before sending
  • Preview, copy, and see what changed this week
  • Download as PDF or Word, or send by email
  • Share a concise executive version upward, or keep full operating detail inside the team

Sales view

A Sales view with a deliberate boundary.

Sales access is optional. When you turn it on, Sales users receive a separately constructed account record built from an explicit allowlist of fields: referenceable accounts, cleared expansion opportunities, renewal timing, and a built-in reference request that goes to the account owner.

Internal health, SLA exceptions, sentiment, risk, escalations and leadership notes are not fields on that record at all, and the weekly Brief is refused for the Sales role at the server.

  • Referenceable status and renewal timing
  • Contact the PSM or VP from the account
  • Enforced by role on the server, not by hiding buttons

Underneath every view

Built for commercially sensitive information.

Preserved weekly history

Each week is captured as a point-in-time snapshot and never rewritten, so a historical brief shows what was true at the close of that week.

Tenant isolation and roles

Each customer is a separate tenant, with four roles enforced on the server. Invite-only access — no public signup.

Not intended for PHI

Designed for account-level operational information. Customers are instructed not to enter PHI or patient information. Security details.

What Pulse doesn't do today. It doesn't integrate with your PSA, ITSM, EHR or CRM — it works independently, and those systems stay authoritative for tickets, SLA attainment and the commercial record. We configure your accounts and service lines with you before week one, so setup isn't your project.
