Success Layer / Partner Success Pulse

This page identifies the third-party providers Success Layer uses in connection with Partner Success Pulse, and explains which of them are subprocessors.
A subprocessor is a third-party provider that processes Customer Data or customer-related personal information on Success Layer's behalf in connection with providing Partner Success Pulse. Customer Data means data or information submitted to the Service by or for Customer.
Not every vendor Success Layer uses is a subprocessor. Libraries and software components that run inside Success Layer's own application stack are not subprocessors merely because the application depends on them, and providers used for ordinary business operations are not subprocessors unless they process Customer Data on our behalf for the Service.
This disclosure should be read with the applicable customer agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Privacy Policy, and Security documentation. It does not expand Success Layer's rights to use Customer Data or create a broader processing purpose than those documents allow.

| Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry | Browser-side error reporting and diagnostics. Error events, stack traces, browser and device metadata, and identifiers or other information included under the monitoring configuration. |
These are the current Pulse subprocessors. Provider use does not itself establish a particular processing region, retention period, certification, or enabled feature.
Other providers support ordinary business operations or the public Website and are not automatically Pulse subprocessors. Their processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ordinary business use does not itself make this provider a Pulse application subprocessor. Customer information sent by email is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. |
| Namecheap | Domain-related services. Its registrar role does not provide access to Customer Data stored in Pulse. |
| Google Fonts | Public Website font delivery. Browsers request font resources from Google; this does not provide access to Customer Data stored in Pulse or make Google Fonts a Pulse subprocessor. |
Success Layer is a U.S.-based business and currently offers Partner Success Pulse only to U.S.-based business customers.
That is a statement about our company and our customer base. It does not mean that Customer Data is stored only in the United States, that all provider processing occurs only in the United States, or that support and administrative access occurs only from the United States.
Where a provider processes information depends on the provider, the service, our configuration, and the provider's own terms. We do not offer a data-residency commitment. Any specific processing-location commitment must be established in the applicable signed customer agreement.
Success Layer may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as the Service evolves, and this page will be updated when that happens.
Any notice, advance-notice, or objection rights concerning a new or replacement subprocessor are governed by the applicable Data Processing Addendum or signed customer agreement rather than by this page.
Changes to this page do not amend an applicable customer agreement, Order Form, Data Processing Addendum, or other signed agreement.
